3. Eligibility

4. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Course schedules are shared after enrollment and may be adjusted based on availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if minimum enrollment is not met.

5. Course Delivery

• All classes are conducted online, live via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
• Class recordings may be provided for educational use only.
• Sharing, recording, or distributing class content without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Fees & Payments

• All fees are clearly displayed on the website and include course materials unless stated otherwise.
• There are no hidden fees.
• Prices may change, but confirmed enrollments will not be affected.

7. Refund Policy

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days.
• No refunds are provided after the refund period expires.

8. Attendance Policy

• Students must inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot attend a class.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as attended classes.
• Replacement classes may be offered at the center’s discretion.

9. Missed Classes

• If a class is missed for a valid reason and reported in advance, a replacement or recording may be provided.
• All live classes are recorded and shared with enrolled students.

10. Course Deferral & Pause

• Course deferral or pause is allowed only with a valid reason and supporting proof.
• Approval is subject to management discretion and course availability.

11. Certificates

• Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Course Completion Certificate.
• Certificates confirm course participation and completion but do not guarantee external exam success.

12. Exam Preparation

• Exam preparation courses (e.g., Goethe, IELTS, TOEFL, DaF) are instructional only.
• Exam results depend on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

13. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, documents, and content are the intellectual property of the education center.
• Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.

14. Technical Issues

• Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable device.
• In case of technical issues, students must contact support immediately and provide evidence.

15. Code of Conduct

• Students must behave respectfully toward instructors and other students.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

16. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for technical interruptions beyond our control.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to course participation.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
